HOW MUCH WIND CAN THE BALLOON HANDLE? The Balloon on Wheels is designed to handle winds in the 30+ MPH range. The balloon will whip around, however; there should not be any damage to the balloon fabric. The outriggers are designed to bend in the event of high gust. We have had reports of winds exceeding 55 MPH. Two of the outriggers bent and were easily straightened. (Do not test the balloon and leave inflated if you know there is serious weather approaching). |
